Stuffing

Fruit and veggie stuffing for a good belly bloat

Since a health crisis, I've been maintaining my current wait and working to eat healthy, but I MISS stuffing, and it's been getting harder and harder not to Door Dash ALL the food and eat my way into oblivion. Instead of going down that slippery slope, I did a fruit and vegetable stuffing and was pleased with the results -- that internal tightness and a heavy, full belly.

Stuffing included:
- 1 pound of strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 2 green apples, each with a tablespoon of low fat peanut butter
- 2 pounds of grapes
- 16 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
- 16 oz. of green beans with low sodium marinara sauce (much tastier than it sounds)
- 1 lb bag of broccoli and cauliflower, sauteed in light Italian dressing
- 1 large baked sweet potato
- 2 liters of Diet Sprite
- 1 large pecan, strawberry and Bleu cheese salad
- 4 cups of clear, sugar free jello

Not quite the same as feasts when I was in my "gaining prime" but I did enjoy some good belly bloating and somewhat satisfy my stuffing urge!

Sounds like a good way to indulge in the fetish whilst giving your body some nutrients at the same time. Does it feel as good as stuffing with unhealthy food?

Fruit and veggie stuffing for a good belly bloat

Back in the day, before I started gaining, I would bloat with veggies (salad and gassy vegetables like broccoli and beans) and diet soda. Add in a little dairy and my belly would inflate like a balloon.

Of course 50+ pounds later, my belly no longer flattens out after a good burp.

It wasn't quite the same. I have a weakness for carbs, cheese, etc., and veggies don't hit the spot in the same way. It was worthwhile though as an alternative, because I felt my belly tighten a bit. I'm too fat for bloating to be visible to others, but I can always tell because my arms rest higher against my body.

Fruit and veggie stuffing for a good belly bloat

As someone who loves to stuff but isn't gaining, one of my go-to stuffing methods is to hit up a salad bar lunch special.

My technique is to make each plate from a formula consisting of one form of lettuce, three vegetables, one protein (eggs, cheese, of nuts since I am a vegetarian), and light dressing. No pre-made pasta salad / potato salad / marinated mixes.

The variety keeps me from getting bored. I usually end up with my mouth getting tired of chewing before or at the same time that I get to that point where I am just done with eating salad. I try so save my favorite vegetable combos and salad dressings to the later rounds to keep myself motivated. It usually takes me about an hour before I order an entree, then I go for my final round of salad while my order is being prepared. I can usually still easily finish a modest lunch special on top of the salad even if I thought I was already too stuffed. The change in flavor profile gives a nice second wind.

One tip I've learned to do is to keep the amount of liquid to a minimum until after I am completely done. I get comfortable and chug some liquid as soon as I leave the lunch. I find gatorade to be more chuggable than water or soda. What happens is my system has been trying to squeeze all of the liquids out of the salad vegetables, and the partially digested salad soaks up all of the liquid and expands. It is a very intense and filling feeling - more than chugging liquids on an empty stomach.

Enjoy

I’m glad you’ve found something that works for you! I recommend loaded Aćái bowls. You can get big tubs of just Aćái at Walmart and then buy strawberries, blueberries, bananas, coconut flakes and granola. If you want to go for something a little sweeter and creamier you could also add peanut butter, spoon of condensed milk, nutella, honey drizzle, chocolate drizzle, caramel, ETC. These are just the ingredients I add to my own bowl but you can switch it up to your liking. It’s super healthy in moderation and may work for you if that’s something you may like or want to try. It’s AMAZING for stuffing on a budget as well. You’ll spend way way way more on one bowl at a cafe or yogurt shop then you would making your own. Plus you can make it as many times as you want!! Good luck my friend.

Ps. As I re-read over this I realize I’ve made quite a few grammar mistakes (fat hands/typing too fast) I’m just not in the mood to go back and fix it 😂 I’m sure it’s understandable. Atleast I hope so.
