Literally the title, i have bought a Cup with a steel ball inside to make shakes but idk what to use to make a very big weight gain shake, any suggestions? (I don't have that much money so as less ingredients as possible)

Try peanut butter, chocolate milk, and protein powder. If you really want to as well, you can add types of nuts and avocado oil. I’d try to avoid oils though as they’re not that good for you. But try to focus on healthier options for your body so you can safely gain weight if you want to add more ingredients.

Whole milk, heavy whole cream and/or custard, sweetened condensed milk, and something for the flavor and to to tone down the taste of the whole cream (chocolate powder or anything like that).

These ingredients are quite cheap in my country, they are so-called "basic" products, I don't know if it's the same in yours.

Shake to drink preferably at room temperature or slightly warm, but certainly not cold. Heat expands tissues while cold causes tissues to contract.

try different dosages for the ingredients until you find the one that suits you in taste and texture (more whole milk for a more liquid shake, more cream or custard for a thicker shake). personally, I make a 1L shake (about 0.26 gal for our American friends).

don't forget to shake the mixture well before drinking it.

It might take a second to mix everything up, but it should work. If you use nuts you would need to dice them. But I would use chia seeds if you can instead.

100ml cream 350cal
100g maltodextrim 350cal
60 protein or flavouring of choise 200cal

1-3 times a day depending on your goal

I use a blender. So add

Bannarnas
Advocardo

Cheese

Raw egg

Lentils or cooked beans

I have added melted chocolate at the last bend.

As mentioned custard , cream, milk.

I have blended breakfast cereal to a thick paste that can be gulped down, add sugar or honey. I enjoy that can eat a whole box in a short time.
