What was the most extreme thing you’ve done to gain weight?

I'd have to say super extreme stuffings, like 25,000 calories, or in the case of the day after Thanksgiving last year, 58,000 calories. I would only pause if I couldn't breathe, and I'd end up functionally immobile for two or three days, during which just going to the bathroom was a Herculean feat requiring assistance.

I've also relied on condiments and butter to add calories so I could fatten faster: a whole stick of melted butter to dip my pizza in, half a bottle of ranch for boneless wings and tenders and fries, etc. These are extremely unhealthy habits, I know, but they've helped me achieve my biggest blow-ups.

SkinnyD:
Sounds like Mirtazapine. I've been considering taking it because I have trouble sleeping, anxiety from stress, and some moderate depression. The weight gain is typically the only major side effect, so in my case that's obviously not a concern.

It's usually prescribed in low dosage for sleep, and higher dosage for anxiety and depression. It's not a typical anti depressant though, it's more similar to a strong anti histamine. As with other psych meds though, it can really vary from person to person, and how you take it has an effect as well. Some people report that taking it a couple hours before bed allows for good sleep and waking up energized, other people say they felt groggy for hours every morning. Some people felt it was like a miracle drug and others said it exacerbated their symptoms. Many people report increased appetite/lack of saiety, and easier weight gain, while others said it was minimal or no effect. Obviously, speak with your medical provider honestly about it.

Be careful though. It's been linked with a shift from storing subcutaneous fat to visceral fat, and can lead to insulin resistance. Not something that should be played around with

I wanna hear your experiences!

I have made 2 gallons of weight gainer shake with half/half cream and chocolate syrup. Tarted right before i went to bed, then i Set an alarm and got up every 2-3 hours during the night to drink as much as I could. Did it for over a week in addition to planned meals throughout the day. Effective and Fun, but unsustainable.

So, I did a two-week challenge with my followers. I drank 4,000 calories of weight gain shakes and heavy cream three times a day—morning, noon, and night—for a total of 12k calories just from the gainer shakes and heavy cream. And I still ate my regular meals on top of that. On Saturday, which was the second-to-last day of the challenge, I even had a huge McDonald’s for lunch, and in the evening, my feeder took me to an all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant. When I got home, I added some air with my aquarium pump and even swallowed some air to make it even bigger. I’ll let you imagine how full I was 🫄🏾. And talking about it now really makes me want to do it all over again 🤤🫣.

Oh, and by the way, I also finished a whole gainer shake jar in just two days 🫄🏾. But i eat not to much for this one just a normal amount of food on it cause lol a gaining jar in 2 day IS alot 😅

What was the most extreme thing you’ve done to gain weight?

Mine is fairly boring, as it's just extreme stuffing, but it worked. I would fill up at breakfast, stuffing past my limit on heavy, fattening food until I felt like there was no way I could swallow another mouthful. Immediately when the pressure subsided the slightest bit, I would eat something else, aiming to feel a little tighter than before. I ensured I didn't go more than an hour without eating. Occasionally, when I felt absolutely fit to burst, I would stretch myself more with liquid. Doing this put 80 pounds on me in two months during summer 2023, and it increased my capacity to the point it was easy to eat 20,000 calories or more a day and never feel stuffed. I eventually no longer even had digestive issues from eating like this because I adjusted. There were only two drawbacks, the first being the extreme cost of food. Groceries were our biggest monthly expense at my gaining peak. Second, once you've become accustomed to such gluttony, it's VERY hard to cut back. Initially, when I was tapering, I felt like I was starving on 10,000 calories a day.

Nothing too bad I suppose, but I did scarf almost an entire box of giant Star Crunches. This was when I first started gaining weight, so I was about 20 years old. I know it's not as extreme as others, but it was extreme for me at the time.

What was the most extreme thing you’ve done to gain weight?

I entered a weight gaining competition on a feederism Discord server a couple of years ago, and decided to really, really go for it. I set a minimum daily calorie goal of 6,000 calories every single day for the five week duration of the competition. I hit that goal every day, and a couple of times I surpassed it, going as high as 8 or 9,000 calories in a day.

At the end of the contest, 41 days later, I had gained 33 pounds. Not only did I win the contest, but I gained almost three times as much weight as the person who came in second.

Many years ago I tried to drink pure vegetable oil, I do not recommend it, it did not stay down long.
