I don't see why not. A lot if people have special requests and that isn't extreme. Just in case, be prepared to explain why in a way that's complimentary and positive.

Never had sex before and I personally don’t want to, but from what I know about it, I think that may be a bit dangerous if they’re dangling earrings. Could accidentally tear one out with how much moving between two bodies there is

Outside of that though I doubt any woman would mind that, it’s a pretty easy to fulfill request

Having had sex before, it's not dangerous to leave your earings on. Or any jewelry, for that matter.

Unless you are getting up to something super freaky, nothing will happen.
