I currently weigh 128 pounds my goal is to make it up to at least 140 within the next 2 weeks any tips? Would anyone be willing to coach me in the ways of getting fat?

That is too tight of a turn around - especially since smaller gainers tend to struggle more with weight gain.

Even more experienced gainers will struggle to gain this much. And even then it usually won't stick.

I would focus on eating more. Depending on your capacity, I'd shoot for an additional 500 - 1kcal on top of what you usually eat.

My plan was to try to eat around 3,000-3,500 calories a day in that time frame to see how much I gain even if I don’t make my goal

I just want to eat enough that I know I’m guaranteed to gain weight and see results relatively fast
