I want to get fat fast but I’m very skinny. I’ve tried to keep it a fantasy but I can’t anymore, how can I increase my appetite and change my mindset to be nothing but food and gaining?

How to become addicted to food?

Don’t, just be casual about it. Take it slow and make sure you’re being healthy about it. I understand the fantasy of gaining, but you have to make sure you don’t force your body to go through changes that can ultimately harm it.

Start by adding 500-800 calories to your daily diet already, let your body adjust. Then if you want you can go higher

Always make sure your body is in check wnd that you’re not hurting yourself in the process. Being seriously hurt before hitting your goal would suck.

And remember it’s okay to back down any time.

While this kink may be a major part of your life it shouldn't be your entire life. You shouldn't want to strive to make food and gaining all you think about.

Additionally, you don't have to constantly be eating or thinking about eating to gain weight. As what was said about even just adding just a few hundred extra calories will eventually make you gain weight. Weight gain is just eating excess calories. It doesn't even have to be straight junk food, gaining weight is entirely possible while only eating a healthy diet.

I'd be careful about trying to resolve your life around a kink when it should be just one aspect of your life and who you are as a person.

A lot of people who struggle with their appetite or aren't gaining enough think developing a food addiction is the best way to go.

These people are staggeringly, breathtakingly, worryingly stupid.

I do not say that lightly,

I've met people with food addictions. Hell, my very first feedee ended up addicted to food because he wouldn't listen to me.

Food addictions destroy your life. I'm talking about friendships, family bonds, romantic/sexual partnerships, and even jobs.

There are worlds of difference between eating a lot and being a food addict. The first is no one's business but yours. The second destroys you and everyone around you.
