How can i enjoy eating?

Despite me getting really turned on at the prospect of getting huge, this fetish for me has always been a "see how it goes" kinda thing. Since I'm trying to put on muscle which requires eating a calorie excess anyway, I've always tried to frame this as "purposely going overboard with it and making a happy little accident". The problem is I can't even hit enough calories to bulk up, let alone get fat.

In addition to having my mind occupied with a whole other bunch of life stuff and this being not my only kink, the simple fact is I just hate eating. I always feel like it's such a time waster (probably because I've always been such a slow eater as well esp. due to choking incidents in the past) and the only time I get any pleasure out of it is 1) having something I haven't had in a while or 2) having something after starving. Add in addition to that is I'm on Vyvanse and it just makes it way worse.

I also am a very light sleeper which also stops me from eating too much at night. I'm still in the process of fixing my sleep as well, not helping is that I hate it just as much as eating. Also lack of sleep is supposed to lead to weight gain, but just diminishes my appetite further so I can't even get that benefit.

Any tips so that I can learn to enjoy eating? Even if I gave up this kink I still need to put on muscle so I can't ignore it. Plus it would be good to actually have some pleasure with it that's not just motivated by sexual stimulation.

Note: If you want to know my current diet is mostly high calorie + high protein Hello Fresh meals, avoiding any desserts and other sugary things. The only "junk" I really have is the occasional high calorie shake with a lot of heavy cream.

In the past, I have also struggled to get a reasonable number of calories into my diet. In my case, I like food a lot, but stomach problems rear their ugly head if I eat too much (it's also the reason I've never really been into the stuffing aspect of feedism).

What's helped me a lot is: lean more heavily into snacking/grazing. Find something you easily can grab a handful of that you like (or failing that, just things that are sort of inoffensive to eat?), and situate them somewhere that's easy to access. Then, try to get into the habit of picking some up every time you're passing by, even if you're not particularly hungry. After a while, it should hopefully just become second nature.

This has worked way better for me than trying to force myself to eat bigger meals, as I'm never hitting that point of being uncomfortably full, but the calories add up over the course of the day.

How can i enjoy eating?

i had no challenges maintaining my average-sized weight for *decades* eating moderately, and i had no interest or desire in gaining weight myself,,,

what changed things for me was an ex-girlfriend who was a foodee. spending time with her, eating so many meals together every day, seeking out new foods and flavours constantly - it rubbed off on me. part of it was just her enthusiasm, the joy she got from it and sharing that with me. "here, try this with a little bit of that! isn't it fantastic?" her enthusiasm was infectious.

over the course of our first year together, her influence really "reprogrammed" me, and i can feel it to this day. my current partner loves to try new foods, but not as much as i do. now i am the foodee in the relationship. smiley

Got any snacks recommends? Been looking online and the big one seems to be nuts and trailmixes.

Yeah not being single would probably help. Me being single right now also probably stops me from really going into it, since there's still a lot of ego and self-consciousness attached to getting fat.

Are you culturally adventurous, or do you gravitate towards the familiar? Do you favor bold, complex flavors, or are you happiest with a mild flavor palate? Is there a reason why you are avoiding sugar?

1. Culturally adventurous but live in a small town with not much in variety. I enjoy trying new things to eat, but everyday eating is more of a chore. Not that my regular diet should be trying to be exotic, because that'd be very impractical. Also eating out is very expensive over here, all of the food I have I make at home.
2. Prefer complex flavours, don't like plain food as much. I'd never survive the chicken rice and broccoli diet that bodybuilders do, lol.
3. Just avoiding high quantities. Trying to gain healthily, and high sugar desserts don't seem the best way to get calories. Plus I don't have much of a sweet tooth anyway.

It sounds like snacks are your best option. Try to get a variety of textures and flavors. Then, stash them around the house, your office, or anywhere else you can. You'll find yourself eating just because there's food around. Eventually, you'll associate those areas with eating.

I have a big sweet tooth, so it's mainly been whatever cheap cookies/biscuits I can find. I also do worry a little about overdoing it on the sugar though, so I'm trying to mix things up with some dried fruit/nuts/trail mix sorta things.
