They say a pound is 3500 calories so if you ate an extra 1000 cals per day you'd gain 2lbs in a week which is 100lbs in a year!
If you ate 10,000 calories a day then that would be 20lbs in a week. I expect you'd not achieve that in practice.
However people do gain 10 to 15 pounds in one week and 20 in a month. I don't think it's sustainable at that rate.
Just by adding 500 to 1000 calories per day you'd be a massively obese immobile blob in 10 years from now. That's achievable, you can do that if you desire.
