Think I can top anyone on being super skinny to start with. I weighed 126lbs at 6'4" tall back in 2006 aged 19.
I only started gaining properly in 2012. I got to 150lbs then, and thought that was big.
I gave up loads and didn't try again til 2015. Got up to 175lbs that time. Got up to 176lbs in 2017. Then in 2019 reached 180lbs.
In 2023 I got to 211lbs - "overweight" for the first time.
In early 2024 got to 226lbs, my heaviest ever. Now I am a bit less than that.
Basically it took many years of repeat attempts, with some weight training at times, to gain weight. I counted calories to make sure I got more than 4000 a day. I was not good at eating that much every day really until a couple of years ago. Now it is more easy to eat that much.
The difference in my body is crazy, I posted a before and after pic, take a look and see how I looked at my near thinnest compared to yesterday. My shoulders and collarbones are still bony but my belly has become a fat round blob spreading out everywhere. Hot as fuck.
Edited to add: I have celiac disease and also MANY food sensitivities which makes it soooooo much harder to gain. If I eat the wrong things, I'll get severe neuralgia and/or migraines. No thanks.
