Fat experiences

When did your weight begin to affect your mobility

Just as the title says, I'm curious at what point peoples weight began to change how they move. It could be subtle things like changing how you lean down to pick something up or how you sit up, to more drastic things like needing to take more breaks while walking or being unable to walk at all without assistance.

For me I'm still fairly young (20) and small (between 220-225 depending on how my weight fluctuates) so my changes have been very minor. I've noticed I struggle a bit more than in used to leaning down to grab things or tie my shoes, and the soles of my feet hurt a lot more after walking for a few hours than they used to. But what have y'all's experiences been and at what weight did you start to experience them?

I am a 6’ dude for reference. Noticeable change probably around 350 and definitely a very noticeable change once I passed 400 pounds. I am now getting closer to 500 pounds and my mobility is restricted by my weight.

i was 150-165 lbs and going to the gym for most of my adult life. when i stopped that and started gaining, by 190 lbs i was already noticing the effect! even just while bending over to put on my shoes, lol!

one of the reasons i kept gaining after hitting 300 lbs was that, it didn't seem like such a big deal. after getting used to being over 200, 300 seemed bigger but not a lot different. but i noticed by the time i was 350 lbs i *really* started to notice. it really impacted the distance i could walk, for some reason i passed a point where my endurance really suffered a lot.

now standing is chore, but at my current size the way i notice my size the most is in how my reach has grown more limited. not being able to reach parts of your own body is a strange realization. my belly forces me to sit away from most desks and tables. and i can't reach the higher shelves in the kitchen because i can't get close enough, with the counter pressing into me.

My story isn't that dramatic because I'm not a large person. But it happened to me around 160 lbs. I used to be 115 lbs with C cups. I hit about 160 rocking DD cups. Now, I can't do vigorous movement without the right bra.

This tits are heavy.

Interesting, Ive heard from several other male gainers in the past that 350 lbs seems to be a turning point where you start to feel really fat.

definitely, somewhere around 350 it became a very different experience.... getting up from chairs, climbing stairs - these went from feeling like work to feeling near impossible, lol.

and i think i already had a fupa by the time i was 350... but yeah, it really started to expand a lot between 350-400 lbs.... when you combine that with the reach issues i mentioned, it uh creates new challenges, lol
