It's interesting the article mentions exercising increases your capacity to store fat. I've been advocating for feedees to exercise more since I've joined this site so it's interesting to learn more about the benefits of it. I'm also curious to know the extremes of it. Like if you had a 400 lbs person in the study who worked out regularly, how healthy would they be considered. I'd also like to know if this would improve the quality of life for those who are really up there in weight, would exercising more have a notable effect on their mobility or is it that once you get up to a certain weight it doesn't matter how athletic you are your body is just too heavy? That's probably outside of the scope of a study like this but I'm still curious

It's quite fascinating isn't it I have been trying to find out how to gain in a healthier way and yea here are some things I found out.

So basically if someone is entre level obese class 1 there risk of heart disease is 50% higher but if they walk quite a bit more then normal it's only 20% higher risk so 60% lower overall

Also I generally eat only healthy food it does in fact cause me to burn more calories but my appetite is so high it actually cause me to be able to eat huge amounts with out getting sick.

So basically I gain more overall with out feeling like shit.

Also generally I have to eat a low carb diet because of carbohydrate Intolerance but by eating mostly high fat food my risk of diabetes is extremely low
