As a black woman (feeder, not feedee), I'd say this site is black-neutral.
This is a predominately white space, but there are some black people here. I'd say that no one cares what race you are. Yeah, you got the occasional bigot or the well-meaning ally that puts their entire foot in their mouth. But they get clowned on pretty quickly.
