During my first year of intentionally gaining weight I gained about 45 lbs between the summer of 2020 to the summer of 2021. But that was mostly lean muscle mass because I was very skinny and I was a high school freshman during the pandemic so I put on muscle mass quickly. Since then I've averaged around 20 lbs gained per year, but my body is weird so the speed and amount of weight I gain fluctuates a lot
