Scrub up nice means to put effort into your appearance. Don't rock up wearing stretched out sweat pants and make sure your shirt is long enough to cover your belly when it's stuffed. It had nothing to do with sex.

i met a FFA off another site and we got to know each over time, me overeating and gaining weight and her being shocked, surprised and delighted when I would send her her favorite video "Man tries to pull down t-shirt and it keeps popping up because he's so fat."

Point being we got to know each other over MONTHS. There was no big rush. Because when all you talk about is how fat you are or want to get don't you want to see me gain 100 pounds, it gets as old as when an FA meets a SSBBW and all he does is talk about how hot she is.
