Stuffing

Regret after finishing

Magodamilion2:
you need to be edging after a stuffing, delay gratification as long as possible so you can enjoy it longer

Munchies:
That doesn't help with the crux of the issue.

He can edge and delay until the cows come home. But once he gets off, he has regret.

Not necessarily it could be a timing issue. when somethings over too quickly, the whole experience from beginning to end, it will feel less worthwhile

And some people feel regret from edging. What is your point?

Regret after finishing

I think it's kinda a societal thing that makes people feel guilty after eating a lot or just post nut clarity, I know some feedees who get guilty when gorging which is a real shame.

Wat:
Yes, especially the day after when all the food has moved down and is uncomfortable, I'm bloated and puffy looking, and my body is struggling to "right" itself.

Munchies:
Make sure you drink water and get some fiber when you do that. Makes things move better.

I usually drink at least a gallon of water over the course of a couple of hours post-binge and my meals often involve massive amounts of everything including fiber, it's just something I've come to accept as a part of it, especially if the meal is heavy on meat.
Oddly enough I've found that the bloating is much less if I don't drink a lot after eating but I feel like staving off dehydration as it moves down is more important (also getting that last bit of stomach filled is nice).
