Emotional eaters?

Have any of you experienced emotional eating while being part of the community and if so, please share your thoughts.

If Im somewhat anxious I'll start to stress eat, like my fullness receptors just turn off and I'll pig out. But if I get too stressed my appetite just disappears and I'll struggle to force my to eat enough

Emotional eaters?

I find when I'm sad/depressed, the first place i go is to a coffee shop for a mocha/Frappuccino (season dependant) and a few baked goods. Admittably being apart of this community has given me the confidence to order large (xl when avaliable) and 4-6 baked goods at a time as opposed to 2, but hasn't changed much in terms of how often i emotionally eat...

I'm also a huge boredom eater as well, I just eat to do something lol. I keep snacks by the couch so whenever I'm watching TV I'm usually eating...
