Gaining advice? high activity job

I’ve been working this new door to door job for a week and a half now and I know that I’m not eating enough to maintain my size at this activity level, let alone gain. Any tips for high calorie options that I can bring with me to work?

Protein bars and nuts. Both are very high calorie for how small and light they are so if you bring a small bag with you while you're walking door to door it shouldn't weigh you down too much. The calorie counter idea is also really good because as long as you're eating more than you burn you won't lose weight and may actually gain some.

I’m not sure how other people are but I can’t really control myself around food and don’t like feeling full and bloated during work so I’ll just eat one giant square meal at night it also saves me from public restrooms where I can’t fit on the seat where as at home I got the big seat and a bidet.

I started eating a fairly large breakfast a while back that usually gets me though tell dinner time. I did that and made sure my dinners are always big and it shot me up quite a bit

Protein bars and snacks on the go will add up over time. Drinking your calories is also an easy way. For lunch if you can have it be filling but not to much to prevent you from finishing your tasks. It's dinner you can be beached on a couch for.
