RoyalRose:
So I was just diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
I wish it happened because I had gained a lot of wait successfully or something, but over 6 years of gaining and I never managed to hit my initial goal of 200lbs.
My diet was never even that bad, it's admittedly frustrating that so many people can eat so much worse and be fine.
Anyways, is it even possible to still gain while being healthy? I don't understand it too well but I know I need to stay clear of all carbs. Would gaining weight put me more at risk?
Any and all advice would be appreciated! Im taking this very seriously and have already accepted I might never be able to gain weight again

What you need to do is stabilize your blood sugar. Once your diabetes is more or less under control and learn how your body responds to things, you can slowly start gaining again.
