I (19) have decided to start my weight gain journey and will post and journal it online, I started around 110 - 115 but accidentally gained around 5 - 10 pounds when getting my Invisalign off, and with summer vacation started I thought I'd give it a try, yesterday my weight said 125 and I've tried to count calories with a goal of 3.5 - 4 thousand calories a day while staying sedentary for as much of it as I can, my current strategy is to indulge in what I enjoy while topping things off with heavy cream every now and then, I don't really have a long term goal right now but I would like to get to at least 150 or at least have a belly crease or even a belly hang, hope to bring lots of updates in the near future
