Extreme obesity

Extreme obesity - general questions

I have SO many questions for those who are extremely obese. I want to find out what its like being that big, what its like to do every day tasks, how you walk, what you eat, where you go for clothes, HOW you put on clothes, literally anything and everything.

So tell me guys and girls... give me one interesting fact about your extreme obesity. Anything at all.

Extreme obesity - general questions

Ok, I am a 6 foot guy weighing somewhere around 450 pounds. Fact one, I dislike walking and I walk (or rather waddle) slowly. Since I carry a lot of my weight in my belly, it is also difficult for me to bend down. My huge gut tends to press on my lungs when I bend and get out of breath super fast when I bend over.

Pretty much everything is harder as well as having bad health effects. But I love that

Takes so long to do everything. I love being clean but taking a shower is a tough task and my biggest nightmare is slipping in the shower. Pj pants are the only thing that fits me somewhat, I sit at the edge of my bed and put my feet through the legs then stand up and pull my pants up.

Finding clothes is impossible.
I've been bedridden for a year, and I stopped wearing clothes.
There are no sizes for people my size. Special sizes are misleading, and I often bought pants that didn't fit properly.
It all came down to wearing 16XL leggings that were sometimes tight and ripped.
T-shirts were either too short and tight, or too long and also tight.
I could never find my size in T-shirts.
Unfortunately, I had to buy clothes blindly, hoping something would fit.
The downside to tight clothing is that sleeves, whether pants or T-shirts, if they're tight, cut off circulation.
The upside of being bedridden is that I no longer have to worry about clothes, much less shoes.

Question; how do you deal with relieving yourself?

Diaper or cath, other?

Wish I could find a loving feeder that would take care of me.,,,

Extreme obesity - general questions

I'm not too tall (5'3"smiley and about 640 pounds currently. Once I reached about 600, mobility-related issues piled on, and while not confined to bed, I do rely on my husband for many things. I have a very large girth and a round belly, so much so that I haven't been able to reach my belly button in a while. To get everything thoroughly clean, I use assistive tools, like sponges and loofahs on an extender, as well as a special handheld shower head, to clean up. I'm too big to fit my whole body in conventional showers, so I sit on a bariatric shower chair and turn as needed. The process of showering and getting dressed takes about two and a half hours every morning. I also have special tools for when I potty as well as an elevated bariatric toilet apparatus with heavy duty handle bars. I'm no longer able to use bathrooms away from home.

I no longer drive, which is definitely a downside. We have a minivan, and in the past year, I've gotten too big to be comfortable in the front passenger seat, so I have to sit in the second row. Getting a ride share also presents challenges. An Uber XL is necessary, and even then, I have to play with the app until I get a large vehicle like a van or Chevy Tahoe. On more than one occasion, I've had an Uber Driver "arrive" and then pull away after seeing me. That one stings s little, but oh well.

Clothing is a challenge. I have two websites that sell 10x's. Those can be tight on my belly depending on the cut, so I choose fabrics and styles very carefully. It's also quite expensive. If I want something other than loungewear, I've found hiring someone online for custom made pieces is my only option. I also choose carefully so I can dress myself. I have four custom pullover sundresses I can put on without help.i use a grabber with a little claw if I wear underwear.

Finally, because my mobility is so restricted, it's SOOO easy to gain weight. My husband has been helping me eat clean, but even staying at my recommended maintenance calories, I easily gain a couple of pounds a week without realizing it. I'm not trying to lose, but because of mobility, I also don't want to get much bigger. My husband helps me with fitting exercises, including a little weightlifting, to keep strong.

Sounds like you married a keeper. Glad he's putting your health and comfort over his dick.

I hope things stabilize so you can be as mobile as you want to be.

I did indeed find a real one. He runs and exercises about 5 days a week, but he still makes time to do sitting strength training with me almost daily. It's definitely a motivator as a fatty whose natural proclivity is to be sedentary.
