While my world is burning, I try to stop and smell the roses. This handsome man is my roses.

I wish I could kiss him on the lips. But for obvious reasons I sadly can't. At least his works made me smile during my lowest points in life. Black Sheep is my all-time favorite movie from him and it's my ultimate favorite comedy.

If anyone is a Chris Farley fan, I will be happy to hear from you guys!

he was one of the true all-time great performers! seeing him on snl was just incredible. such an incredible performer, and in interviews he seemed like a genuinely sweet guy.

i was a young, fit fa when i first remember seeing him. i was dating a bbw, and my first thought was that it's great that fat people were getting some representation on snl for the first time in forever.

then i remember seeing the chippendales sketch, and the feelings it brought out in me, it was honestly one of the first times i can recall recognizing my bi-sexuality. above his talent and charm, he was such a handsome guy, with a fantastic body! gone far too soon.

People like Chris are like those super massive stars that have a quarter of the life span. It’s terrible how young he was

Longtime SNL fan here. Farley is certainly on the Mount Rushmore of greats from the show. It’s a big mountain indeed, too.

I have some age on me, so I can remember seeing his classic skits the first time they ran. The Chippendale skit with Patrick Swayze (who was also gone far too soon), the Matt Foley skit, the several ones where he’s dressed as a woman, etc. He just couldn’t control the substances. They controlled him.

I agree Chris was ahead of his time when fat characters in media were usually stereotypical. He may of played comedic roles but some of his characters did have substance. He was also capable of dramatic acting and romance scenes which I wish there was more of that. I would've loved to have seen the unproduced Fatty Arbuckle biopic and the shelved Shrek movie. Sadly, it seems we can't have nice things. 😞

On a side note I also agree Chris is so sexy! I have a collage of photos of him being hot or his belly being exposed. 😉

He only had 13 years of adulthood. And was in his career for like 6 years. That's so brief. 🙁 I find it odd when people my age range think thirties are considered old. But I think that's still young.

That last part is well said. It angers me whenever trolls act like it was his own fault for his drug addiction. They even would defend the evil hooker that left Chris dying in his apartment.

Ranting aside, I think my favorite Farley sketches are The Schmitts Gay ad and the Japanese Gameshow that had Mike Meyers in it.

Yes! How could I forget Schmitt’s Gay beer? Skit co-starred Adam Sandler :-) Nothing but bangers in Farley’s best-of list.
