These tariffs are crazy-I’m halfway through a PC build and still need one proprietary part from USA which is constantly fluctuating in price.

I feel ya. I have a poor man Dell Optiplex setup that has never been finished lol.
Get a used precision 7XXX series from ebay, those things are work horses.
