Am i missing out on disneyland/disney world?

At least Disneyland has become a big disappointment for me lately. They keep ripping out the stuff I liked and what's left keeps getting stupider.

Funny enough my dad went there circa the 80's and didn't have a swell time. His only best part was when Snow White winked a him lmao.

I skimmed thru the current Disneyland California rides and I will say they aren't as thrilling compared to the selection in other countries. By the way I like your wolf avatar.

I feel like you go to Disney parks more for the atmosphere than the thrills. The rides aren't super crazy (I'm a total coward and I don't like intense rides so that's actually a plus for me). But the aura the whole park has is fun. It's worth it if you're a big fan of Disney, but not really worth it if you're a thrill seeker

Also I haven't been to Disney in years so I don't know what the modern rides are, but if they're just based on the live action remakes it's probably dumb but idk

Kitsune:
I will admit I never went on an intense ride ever in my lifetime. I do want to try one though. Maybe Space Mountain can be my first baby steps. Yeah, I think it turns out I am more of an atmosphere type of person. Hence why Tokyo Disneysea and Hong Kong Disneyland tickle my fancy. If only crowds weren't an issue because once again I get very anxious and fear of getting lost.

Yeah the crowds are the biggest issue and I've heard they've only gotten worse. You basically have to pay extra for the fast pass system so you don't have to wait in crazy long lines

I partially watched a Defunct Disneyland video on that. (my attention span is short lol) If my memory serves correctly, doesn't the Fast Pass get used by a bunch of people to the point it causes more lines?

Honestly probably, there's no such thing as a quick anything at Disney parks. But fast pass is probably still faster than waiting in the normal line

I went to Disney World last March and can confirm that the fast pass is definitely faster, but there are lineups still.

The one thing I like about Disney is that many of the rides are "Pooh Friendly". Meaning portly people like us can fit onto them.

A few months later, my family went to the local amusement park and I could not fit on many rides. I was about 250 or so at the time
