Preparing to get fat

I used to go to the gym quite a lot, mainly for cardio and other high-intensity workouts, but now I’ve finally decided to stop resisting and start gaining, I’ve come up with a staged plan to prepare to get fat:

- Limit cardio and start lifting weights/dirty bulking so that I build a good frame on which to pile fat
- Gradually replace sessions with WG-oriented pursuit, e.g. replace one session a week with a stuffing instead
- Once I’m big enough, quit the gym entirely

Not only will this hopefully help me with my gain long term, there’s something very hot about slowing and consciously saying goodbye to my old fit self

Has anyone got experience of anything similar. How long did you keep up with the gym after you started your gain. What happened when you finally stopped?

Has anyone got experience of anything similar. How long did you keep up with the gym after you started your gain. What happened when you finally stopped?

I wouldn't quit the gym entirely, there's still a ton of health benefits to going and it could save you from some heart problems in the future. Reduce it? Sure that'll reduce the number of calories you burn and help you gain faster. But don't cut it out entirely


I second this. Even if you decide to stop going to the gym, you need to be some kind of active just for basic maintenance. When I was actively fattening up my partner to 500 lbs, I made him work out. He didn't like it, but it helped him to keep doing all the other things he loves to do.

Also, exercise can increase your appetite and help you gain more weight.

At some point activity will inevitably stop though. My now wife was in the 200s ten years ago and quit mobile, agile and fit. She has been steadily gaining over the years- something I discreetly encouraged - until almost 5 years ago when I confessed to her that I am a feeder and that was the turning point of her massive gain. She is now 593lbs and although not immobile, she’s hardly mobile. Even though we were happy in a relationship as a girlfriend and boyfriend, i wanted her to feel secure in this new condition.. that i will always take care of her and be there for her regardless of her massiveness and immobility, so we got married a few months ago. I love how she let go, and I can’t wait to see her hitting 600 and beyond even if it means that we can’t do together all these activities normal young couples do. I love driving her around and going out to restaurants that have accessible seating for her. Or pushing her wheelchair when we go to malls.

That's not true.

Some people get lazier over time. Some don't. My grandparents are 72 and 69. They are both very active. They regularly compete with each other to see who walked the most steps throughout the day and go on long walks together.

Actually, there are a lot of older couples in my area that are like this.

You can’t compare age with massive obesity. Fit elderly people can still climb stairs and walk for kilometres every day. A ssbbw who is three or four times the weight of an elderly woman waddles to get around her apartment

Id say still continue lifting and maybe a little bit of cardio to carry the weight easier. There are many heavyset people that are crazy athletic despite their size so you dont need to completely abandon that.

I will suggest that to my nearly 600 pound wife, whose belly apron hangs down her knees as she waddles from room to room gasping for breath 🙄
