Not to put a damper on things, but I think those are valid concerns. I'm not saying you can't be fat and healthy. However, it's common for people in this community to gai recklessly. And if you gained hundreds of pounds, I am wondering if you've been taking care of yourself as you gain.
Is this a fair assumption?
DanielD:
I have been taking care as much as I can, of course with gaining often comes some things that get harder or just impossible, and that’s kinda unavoidable when you gain so much, I feel though that she is less worried about that and more wants the fit, sporty version of me back if that makes sense.
Munchies:
Did you confirm that with her?
DanielD:
Yeah she said that if she had her own way I would be super ripped like I used to be.

Then you potentially have an incompatibility. Your gf is tolerating your gains because she loves you, but it is clear that she does not like it. She's tolerating how much you've gained thus far, but she may not tolerate continued gains from you.
You say it's primarily for aesthetic reasons, but the way you frame it does not imply that this is the sole reason. If I may, how fat are you?
DanielD:
I’m 453lbs. But I really do think we’ll be able to make it work as long as she can accept that I’m fat.
Munchies:
Your profile says you are 6'1".
Lemme speak to you as an extreme feeder who fattened her 6'2" feedee to 500 lbs.
You are reaching your limit. You are not healthy. You are getting to the size where medical intervention gets tricky - sometimes impossible. If you get off on that, more power to you. Love that for you. But 500 is going to kick your ass something fierce.
You need a lot of knowledgeable support to make it to 500 and have a good quality of life. But odds are, you will need to make the choice to slow down and lose weight when you get there. At that size, everything hurts. Everything is hard. Your quality of life is low unless you can afford to buy quality of life improvements.

Yeah I mean I always assumed I would slow down when it gets too hard which it hasn’t yet, probably because I have stayed somewhat active.
