I recently realized physical pain (also outside of being stuffed) is a big turn-on for me. Is there anyway to integrate it in your daily life on your own? Have you ever tried nipple clips? They can be adjusted to cause discomfort to pain. I also do other things to my nipples when I am home, like put clothespins on them to cause various levels of pain.

Pain as a turn on

I can think of a few things.

1. Stuffing while wearing tight clothes; the goal being to burst out of them, but until then pain.

2. Instead of belly rubs on full tummy, belly pats or slaps. Also you can pick up your full gut and drop it if it is big enough.

3. Chastity. This may work better for the men. If feeding gets you erect, not being able to get erect and struggling against a chastity cage can be a different kind of pain. For the ladies you may need to do insertions to get the same effect like anal plugs and whatnot.

4. By yourself, things like nipple clamps and clothes pins can be very effective. For those that are unaware of how to use clothes pins you effectively put some string through them and then clip them to your skin and at some point yank them off or have someone or something do it for your. And example would be to tie the string to the chair, put the close pins on and as you get up or try to after stuffing, hopefully the string will hold and take the clothes pins off you. Maximum effect is to do it as fast as possible. Slower can hurt a bit more, just FYI.

5. Sounds odd but exercise. It is a different kind of pain and can actually hurt you pretty bad if you are not careful and of substantial size. But imagine the strain and tired muscles and how sore they will be the next day. Plus you have a reason to replenish the calories you burned, right?

6. Self-flagellation with whips. Whipping in this manner could be an effective way to bring pain to yourself if you don't have someone to whip you. Think of the monk from The Da Vinci Code but with less spikes, unless you want the spikes then go for it. Also, you probably would not go for your back. More like your booty, belly, or thighs is what I would think. You could go for more sensitive areas but they may be hard to reach as the angles may not be right by yourself.

Lastly, please practice any and all of these as safely as possible. Do your research and work up to your desired goal. It will keep you from getting seriously hurt and will provide quite a bit of fun which is the goal after all.
