Potential idea. But I thought abt potentially buying a scale with a digital break down like. Fat percentage, muscle mass, water weight, bone density, and all that. As well I would look for one with a digital app. Then weighing myself regularly to show the weight distribution of my body regularly so you can see when I eat a big meal or have gained weight. Then figuring out some way to allow people to sign in to the app and view the weight. Idk if that would be possible or something to see a regular weight update like maybe weighing 2 times a day or like if I eat a big meal I weigh myself after. Then people who are tracking my weight can see the progress up and down week to week even within the same day. I don't know what scale to get or even if anyone has done this or if this is a good idea lmk. Lmk scale suggestions or like any suggestions on the idea.
