Pasta is always a good option for gaining weight. My favorite recipe is getting those jumbo shells from the store, boiling them and stuffing them in ricotta cheese. Then add a healthy layer of sauce to an aluminum pan and set the stuffed shells inside. Then add another layer of sauce on top with some cheese (I prefer colby jack). Then set it to bake in the oven and serve it with bread sticks. As long as you have a big enough pan you'll have enough for you, your partner, and/or lunch for tomorrow
