Fat experiences

"hard fat"

By belly fat is soft on the outermost part, but it's a bit harder when you go deeper when touching it.
Is there a way to soften it up so it becomes more soft and jiggly?

Exercise mixed with a high calorie diet. And make sure you eat a balanced diet too.

I'm pretty obese, and you don't get to be my size without some softness and jiggle, but I still have a surprisingly firm belly for someone super sized, as though some squish is stretched tightly over a giant ball. I've also noticed, during my most extreme gaining spurts, the weight has almost exclusively gone to my gut. During more gradual gaining periods, I've gotten softer. This may not be the case for everyone, but I truly do think there may be something to the rate of gain

We were talking about this very thing in another thread. I am not sure why, but people who gain rapidly often have concentrated gains. Obviously it's not every rapid gainer, and some people seem to be belly heavy no matter what. But it feels like there's something to rapid gains that encourages big pot bellies.

From a past Forum post of yours, I know you are a fan of soft hanging bellies and you have mentioned before that to get there I need to exercise and have a high calorie diet. From your experience with your SO, what type of exercise works best to soften up deeper hard fat and how many calories do I need to increase to offset weight lost in exercise?
