Baking soda bloat

Makemegrow:
Id love to hear about other ways to bloat a lot if you know any

Munchies:
Popular ones include soda, any flat liquid of your choice (be careful with water as you can drink too much), diet coke and mentos, and Sprite and banana (be VERY careful as this is intense and you can puke it all up).

If don't want a liquid based bloat, you can try cake mix or a similar baking mix. The mix will expand in your stomach. Any starch/carbs that expand (instant mashed potatoes, cooked instant changes, cooked rice) paired with any liquid also works.

Bellyboy81:
Nice idea, I'll try it out ... smiley

Munchies:
Be careful with any kind of raw flour because it can have salmonella.

Bellyboy81:
I see ... so what do you advise me as a substitute? Have you some experience?

How else would you eat the cake mix if you don't prepare it?

So you are asking how it's prepared and not if it's prepared.
