I thought it was my browser but other people have problems with the same videos. it looks like it will play but then an X appears and it says the server is not sending the video.
I suspect you have to have the video in a suitable format before upload. Just because it worked OK on your computer does not mean it's compatible with web browsers.

Have you tried opening the Incredibox video in a different browser or incognito mode? I’m curious if anyone has found a temporary fix, as this can be quite disruptive to the user experience if it persists.

It's all fixed now. Different browsers did not help.
