Oh my Gawd!!!!

Fair food is so deliciously fattening. I haven’t been to the state fair in years, but your post is making my belly rumble with remembrances.

Fried Oreos. Corn dogs. Sausages fried in pancake batter. Funnel cakes.

It’s. All. So. Fattening.

What else does anyone enjoy at fairs or festivals, foods you may not be able to get anywhere else?

I literally love state fairs. It’s literally so bad the funnel cake, the lemonade, especially the lemonade literally everything.

I would want to go to one far away from people I know so I could stuff myself like HOG

The MN State Fair is incredible for fried foods! I go with my best pigging out friend every year!

State fairs have the best drinks and cold treats

I wish my state's fair was somewhere a bit cooler! Pueblo in August is miserable. Much as I love the food, triple digit heat is not my idea of a good time.

As for what I like to eat, funnel cake! And deep fried cheese curds, frozen lemonade, elotes if they have them, whatever else looks good.

Funnel cakes and cinnamon rolls are my favorite fair food. I feel like the food is like 90% of the appeal of the fair to me.
