Tips for passing a plateau?

I inflate pretty regularly (a few nights in a row w a day or two break in between) and I’m just stuck at a certain size at this point. Anyone got any tips to keep getting bigger?

Idk if this works for everyone but it’s worked for me in the past. I give up on gaining for a week or two… either lose a little or maintain. Then when I start intentionally gaining again it normally works a bit better. I like to think of it as tricking the metabolism but idk the exact science behind it

Tips for passing a plateau?

In terms of increasing inflation capacity, I can make a couple of suggestions:

* consider switching pumps, either to a really slow/low powered one. Some people use a dosing pump, as a way of inflating to large sizes without developing cramps. With ball and cuff pumps, you might find that you release a lot more than you'd like. It becomes hard to push capacity when you are full and you have to deflate.

* consider trying bloating in-between sessions, as you can maintain being at your max for longer. Skin gets more comfortable stretched out for longer windows. With air, while it's easy to get full, keeping air in once reaching max sizes is difficult. Hence, bloating to capacity following a session can help. I'd suggest using a decaffeinated option of either tea or fizzy liquid.

* lastly, as a slight experimental pick, try finding a task to do whilst inflating if using an automatic pump. I don't know the exact science, but the body can handle more discomfort if distracted. Playing games or talking with a friend or watching a show can sometimes help. I'll sometimes put on inflation themed music, to help zone out.
