Corpulentiful:
Oh goodness, yes, I didn’t proofread well! I am curious what you eat to keep full (or as close to it as you can) that’s not high in calories. I’d assume vegetables or other high fiber foods. Sometimes my wife needs a break and wants to see her numbers drop as a way to feel in control. I don’t care for her to be sad and hungry, though a calorie deficit will always do that a little. Thank you for your thoughts
Ah, yes! So vegetables are a staple, but I like to vary them up and do bright colorful salads, splurge on a little tasty dressing, and eat fruit that is high in water content to feel fuller. I find my balance though. I substitute whole wheat pita bread for thick white bread, and I enjoy sandwiches often. I do snack, but I make choices like salsa instead of queso or ranch dip. My ice cream is sugar-free, and I buy sugar-free pudding cups too. And about once a week, I have a normal sized, normal portioned meal, of whatever indulgent thing I want.
At the end of the day, I love being fat, and these aren't diet tips. Having a happy, lengthy fat life involves strategy though. That strategy can mean intermittent periods of maintenance or weight loss, with the bigger goal in mind of continuing to enjoy yourself!
