Best simple gainer shake

Oh yea you right lol 🤣🤣🤣

Ingredients:

2 cups of heavy cream - Approx. 1,600 calories (For a lighter option, you can use whole milk, but heavy cream brings in those extra calories!)

1 cup of full-fat ice cream - Approx. 500 calories (Choose a calorie-dense flavor like cookie dough or peanut butter for maximum indulgence!)

1 ripe banana - Approx. 105 calories (Adds natural sweetness and creamy texture)

1 cup of peanut butter - Approx. 1,500 calories (The heavyweight champion of calorie boosters)

1/2 cup of Nutella - Approx. 600 calories (Or use chocolate syrup for an equally rich option)

1/2 cup of oats - Approx. 150 calories (Adds fiber and extra carbs)

2 tablespoons of honey - Approx. 120 calories (Sweet, sticky, and full of energy)

1/4 cup of powdered milk - Approx. 150 calories (Packs in extra protein and calories)

Whipped cream (as much as you like for topping) - Approx. 100 calories per serving (The more, the better!)

Optional: 2 scoops of mass gainer - Approx. 500-1,000 calories (depending on the brand; the ultimate calorie boost)

Best simple gainer shake

If you can handle the lactose, just mix heavy/double cream with any mixer that’s compatible with dairy.

My lazy shake go-to is 300ml double cream with 200ml good chocolate milk or Innocent smoothie. One or two of those a day really helps me pack on the pounds!

Not every day can be an all out production so I fully encourage this approach - especially if you enjoy feeling fatter more than the process of getting fatter.

Sounds definitely chill. Hope it's tasty

How exactly do you mean enjoy feeling fatter vs the process of getting fatter? I can imagine, but am curious nonetheless

Best simple gainer shake

Weight gain shakes need a fat source and a carbohydrate.

So an easy one is:

100-200ml of heavy cream ideally lactose free
(300-600 cal)
Nut butter (almond/penut/etc) optional

60g of maltodextrin 240cl
20g of fructose 80cl
I would not recommend increasing these numbers to fast since u can get digestive issues

Than add milk or almond drink.

Plus some flavouring ice cream, chocolate Sirup, protein powder, fruits

This combination basically turns off you ability to burn fat and pushes all the fat that is avilabale into the fat cells

Even one snake shake comes in at around 1000cal

I would rather have 3-4 small ones over the day than all at once.
1-2h before every meal.

Using digestive enzymes so u don’t run into issues like bloating etc.
