Actually it's a funny idea to make some people aware of their phobia of "the Terminator" by trying to write like an LLM — maybe a bit macabre. I expected hostility. I also expected that this might be a kind of humor that some people won't get. But that anyone would even suspect the site owner is behind it is truly absurd — and also really funny. I apologize, of course, if I unintentionally scared anyone. I'm really just observing here, posting some generated images, and have no ill intent. Since this thread wasn't explicitly about a sensitive topic involving very intimate experiences, I jumped in. At first I was simply appalled by the crude half-knowledge being presented so confidently on complex subjects, without adequate technical background being shared, but in the end the old insight prevailed again: opinions are like assholes, and everyone seems to have one.

If you are going to troll, you can't get mad when people hurt your feelings. To be very blunt, when you decide to troll people, you are consenting to people being mean to you.

You pulled up to the site with a PFP flipping the bird repeating the typical AI techbro talking points. I'm not sure why you are so shocked.

Oh well. You aren't the first person to roll through like this, and you won't be the last. People who join just to cause problems never stay for long.

@Munchbro: Before you try to present yourself here as a moral authority and get indignant, first make sure you even understood what it was about. I didn't react offended to a rough joke myself but tried to top it — because, as you at least partly correctly recognized, you have to be able to take it if you dish it out. It's just uncool when afterwards you have to explain everything to someone who didn't get it — that takes the momentum out of it. I can't do much about that. If something bothers you, just block me.


Actually, I'm a sadist who, among other things, gets off on making trolls uncomfortable.

Fat GPT is literally an AI.

I don’t think they have any place in human discourse unless like a grok on x sorta like a all knowing google search you can use to research something without knowing everything, to fill in the subtext of what you are writing.

Also you can tell when someone is using ai with the use of erm dashes.
i wrote a recomendation on forums to implement a new rule prohibiting AI generated responses from being posted on the forums.

And there it was again — the lack of understanding of technology. Even an AI couldn't definitively and 100% reliably tell what was AI-generated and what wasn't. It would be especially difficult when a person, amusingly, mixes the two.


There is a very specific type of hallucinations that an LLM makes in its responses.

I can recognize those.

That implies im hallucinating, which is false.

Meanwhile, one of your responses litteraly wrote "AI is material". AI, a fucking software.

Edit: By the way this is an example of the red herring fallacy. You attempt to divert attention away from the shortcommings of AI by throwing ad-hominems that are not related to the actual point, in this case that AI hallucinates.

My general take is ai is not a better than a pre ai google search or research
Ai doesn't have the ability to reason or understand
It finds a pattern and finds information that might be close but it doesn't reason

Ai is bad because every time I try I try to jerk it there is poorly made sloop directive of actual human creativity. I scroll through AO3 try to find good artful porn and there's a guy spamming AI generated trash clogging the tags hiding actual good fic's

Folks can be jerk it to ai slop in the shadows of the house but don't try to enter Plato's rave the bastions kink internet made with love erotica trying to pass store bought as home made and not get bullied of

Ai wg "art" images are worse because there are actually artists if folks were brave enough they could learn how to draw a Belly and a beautiful rack of tits
If can't draw many people can and have been making fantastic kink art since forever

No one is born inherently talented, it's a pursed interest

I would wager that 75% of the story content is now AI generated on this site. If all of the story thumbnails are AI generated, it is a certainty that the stories are also. People don't just become incredible writers all of a sudden like we've witnessed on this site.

Which brings me to this point. Anyone who is paying someone money to read their stories are on here are just fools. It's the closest thing to fraud that I can think of.
