Stuffing

It was a long time ago, but I drank a three litre bottle. I threw a lot of it up not long after, it honestly felt pretty bad.

Oof that's not good, too much too quickly perhaps?

I drank it over the course of a few hours, but it was in bursts. I probably did have too much too quickly.

I remember the first time I managed a 2l bottle. I felt so good but at the same time a little sick. I guess I've been lucky and can do about 4l even without regular practice although it is hard going. The difference in doing it regularly is noticeable though.

That's pretty impressive. I'm not really that big of a fizzy drink drinker, but I might have to start drinking it more.

Impressed myself tonight by drinking a 2 litre and 2 large milkshakes in under an hour. I feel and look massive.
