Honestly not much. I drank maybe half a bottle before giving up. Cheers to everyone here who could drink more. It has something to do with a belly capacity or something, I don’t know.

I used to chug a 2L every time I took a shower, since it won't matter if I make a mess with it in there haha. Only stopped because it's really embarrassing walking into the bathroom with a 2L soda and coming out with it empty.

Mine was the 711 double gulp which was about 1.5 liters. I used to do it on a regular basis and I loved how swollen my gut would get

I got up to about 8L without urinating over about 90 minutes, but I also paused to belch, rub my belly, catch my breath, etc. At the time, I had a massive belly capacity and calorie intake. I doubt i handle that much now.

How do you get that kind of capacity? I've done 8L of non-carbonated beverages in 2 hours, I couldn't possibly fathom going any more extreme

Honestly, years of overeating and stuffing were probably a factor. At the time, I also often pushed my belly capacity when I was stuffed by chugging soda. Doing so daily led to an enormous appetite and wild weight gain.

I am still new to this, but, I've been able to down 4 large bottles of diet coke in about an hour?
just over 2 and a half hour, was left belching like crazy and could barely do anything
