How to limit stuffing nausea?

Nearly every time I do a bigger stuffing I get really nauseous. Anyone have tips/tricks? Antihistamines actually help a bit, but I was wondering if there was something else out there.

Seconding the variety idea, my tastebuds make things taste like slop if I dont have variety. Also, sometimes when I take the last bit to finish something, it makes me feel nauseous for some reason.

Its been a while, but I heard tapping on the top of your stomach can trigger something to make you feel less full. I'm not entirely sure that even applies to nausea, but maybe?

My advice is stuff yourself to the point before you get nauseous. Then, sip some mint or ginger tea and let things settle for a bit. When you feel ready, eat some more.

I've been reading Munchies' comments for years, and she's ALWAYS right. Her advice is excellent, and she knows what he's talking about. Listen to her and don't push yourself; rest and continue eating later. Over time, you may be able to eat more without feeling nauseous, but take it slowly.
