When I didn't fit in clothes at regular stores and graduated to the big boy store.

The XXLs at regular stores are super tight. Whereas the 2X at the big and tall fits perfectly.

I started to use a chair in the kitchen as standing that long cooking is difficult.

1. When I realized there's barely anything that fits me at regular stores (Wal-Mart, Target).

2. When my son called me Snorlax 😁.

3. When I sat in a folding chair and it couldn't take it.

Also, when you can’t scratch your own back anymore because you’ve gotten too big around your middle to reach most scratches :-)

For me the standouts are:

- Not being able to find pants that fit well when clothes shopping, other than sweat pants

- Getting more winded while climbing stairs / moving around quickly

- My desk chairs breaking / going down in quality more quickly

- Accidentally bumping into things more in tight spaces

- Looking in the mirror and seeing my underbelly clearly hanging out from a shirt that used to fit me better
