Fat experiences

I knew I was really starting to gain when I got on the scale at Walmart and it said 173 and classed me as overweight. I was so happy not only to see the screen say I was overweight but i also loved that people going by me could see that I was overweight

Another one! New. Hard to get up out of chairs. My belly hanging lower so I can feel it on my legs when I sit.

Those scales are way hi-tech it also did my body fat as well.One good plus of Wal-mart

I have noticed that I jiggle when I walk up and down stairs, or when I sit in the car on an uneven road. That's when I knew Ive gained a lot of weight!

Also, as I work out, or do yoga, and now my belly is in the way of some positions!
