Gaining

I was just wondering if many people have ventured down the melted icecream route and what their experiences were.

I appreciate it’s packed with sugar and it’s not going to be brill long term. But how much were/are you having and are you getting much of a result

Back in the day I would get a couple of tubs, of Ben & Jerry's phish food and microwave them, one at a time, for around 30 seconds or so, then it would be good to drink. It was a bit warmed but also ice cold at the same time 😋

This wasnt something I did too regularly but it was so good!

Results wise, well I'm fat and it certainly contributed but I like to have variety.

My body is built on Häagen-Dazs. I agree about the speed thing with a microwave, but I haven't had one for years, so have grown used to letting it melt naturally and I prefer it cool/room temp. I kid myself it is just a milkshake or something. But if you're going down the melted ice cream route I'd just double down, add some cream, blend in some oats and a cheesecake and make a weight gain shake. Yummy

I’ve been doing a pint of Ben and Jerry’s a night for about 7 weeks. Have only been melting it when I was already pretty full and needed to wolf it down. I’d been pretty stalled with my gain and this packed on about 14lbs pretty fast

Recently, I noticed Haagen Dasz has gone on sale near me, which it hadn’t ever done before. My wife has take a shine to the creamy mango variety while I tend to go for the chocolate chip cookie dough flavor. We don’t own a scale, so I’m always estimating our weights, but we’ve probably gained 10 pounds easily since the sale started ;-)
