Pay me to eat for you, I've got no limits on how big I want to be and I need my bills paid. I've got nothing to lose at this point so hit me up with an offer.

I generally dont like the whole online feeding aspect. If I feed someone its in person, otherwise you miss the intimacy aspect, feeling the firmness in a packed stomach ect...
Yet maybe someone will take you up on your offer.. Yet really your add is desperate n well crass..

I guess that would be how it starts, but if I get to know a person well enough I feel like I'd be open for meeting up.

Also, just now realizing about one specific part of what you said, I'm an absolute beginner when trying to get people's attention or building plans for things like this. So yeah, I probably could use a better plan but with my social experience and experience as a feedee (beyond a lot of eating) I'm just not sure where to start and I'm in a bad position financially so please excuse me if I sound a bit desperate.
