Is it 36 inches at its largest circumference or is that your waist size? There’s usually a bit of a difference.

36 inches is a cute starter belly size. I'd say you have a proper beer gut around 45 inches.

Every body is different, but hopefully ours are similar: (6ft, 0 in): I went from 210 lbs to 240, and can somehow still squeeze a 36in waist (38 is better), but my belly is now a proper starter belly!

So, if anything, think 15% body weight gain! (Up to 230). Take time, and enjoy the ride!

It’s not 36 inches (I’m 5’3) but I’m short and I feel like my belly could compete! What do you guys think?
