Going to a restaurant with my mother and sister. The hostess seated us to a booth. By me being the heaviest out of the bunch, I gotten stuck in the booth; but managed to squeeze out of the booth. I have bent several lawn chairs due to my weight. My colleague from the library where I used to work at, broken to office chairs at work.

Once upon a time I was a skinny bartender, and when getting ready for functions we had a few narrow shortcuts we might use, such as squeezing between the bartop and the venues dividing wall we'd just put up behind it.

After COVID, I came back to work a little chunky and one of the girls I worked with suggested I use the shortcut - I couldn't fit my fat ass through it ..

I'll never forget going to a place for lunch with family. The chairs looked unstable at best so I told my parents I'd eat outside. Mom said, "The chair will hold you!" I sat down and BAM the thing shattered. I fell to the ground, no injury, just a bruised ego. The place was packed and everyone just stared at me. No one offered to help, luckily at the time I was still mobile enough to stand on my own. But man that SUCKED.

Probably being out for a family event with my gfs family and being by far the biggest guy there (after having previously been quite fit), and going to sit down and not being able to fit in the chair, which as a stand alone incident wouldn’t be too embarrassing but in reaction to me not fitting I swapped chairs with my gf and broke the chair and struggled to get up after denying any help, so I had to roll onto my hands and knees and let’s just say that also didn’t help.

Oh I collected multiple embarrassing stories by now.

One happened a couple weeks ago while I sat on the bus. Since it was a travel bus the seats where more spacious, but my fat ass still spilled over to the next one.. a few stations later a man came to sit on his designated seat right next to me and I could tell he felt uncomfortable but what should I do… he attempted to pull down the armrest multiple times only to find out it wouldn’t go down because of my love handles/thighs. He even tried to squish it down past my fat, it was so uncomfortable.
We had very weird eye contact afterwards and I told him I’m sorry. Worst thing was that I packed lots of snacks for the ride (was about 6h) and anytime I ate cookies or whatever, he glanced over and I could tell he judged me. Towards the end of the ride and my many snacks he told me that it’s my fault for looking like this haha
I just told him that I personally don’t have a problem with this and we sat there in silence


So sorry to hear that, sounds like an awful experience smiley especially both scolding and the armrest part combined. Very impressive and cool that you stood up for yourself and your body though! ^^

So, I work in a mall and mall staff, even those working in offices, have discounts at the local buffet. The owner of the buffet is looking at taking away staff discounts because of how much food is being consumed... He didn't say this to anyone but me, though.

I was working behind the bar at a music concert with a few other people. We had signs hanging above us with the dishes that were being served right next to us. When the food was finished, I reached for the sign above me to take it off. I was wearing a T-shirt that no longer fit me in size, so of course it was lifted up along with my arms. My huge belly was visible and my colleague immediately couldn't forgive herself for commenting that I should do something about myself. Another colleague immediately stood up for me, saying that it was obvious that I was doing well. I was blushing a lot.

I saw my colleague at a concert yesterday after a few months and she has gained weight. She is also doing well.

not mine. but i remember on three occasions having sex with pretty large women when furniture broke. One was her bed frame, the others were office furniture.
