unless it’s to ask for money. I’m interested in actually talking fr with a woman from this scene and eventually meeting irl once both are comfortable with that. I’m not sure why I’m missing from my profile or what else I should be doing. I send DMs which are low pressure and polite. I don’t ask for anything in DMs, I participate in forums on other sites. I get the odd DM reply and sometimes it does go a bit further but it always eventually fizzles out. I’m not complaining but I am asking for genuine feedback.

There aren’t as many of us from the UK around, which makes it harder to find people nearby to meet up with in person.

I’ve tried organising a few in person meetups like we used to, but haven’t had much luck as people say they are interested and then bail or ghost. I think it’s just how people are now, everyone seems more comfortable keeping things online, especially since we’re all glued to our phones haha.

The site has so many different uses and there are a lot of people here that are only interested in obtaining / viewing content from others or selling it, and the sense of community and options for dating and friendships sometimes feel like they don't exist. But opportunities are there...sometimes if feels like a needle in a haystack situation. I think you're doing the right thing reaching out to people you're interested in chatting with, and keeping it light hearted. Just keep at it and I hope you find someone lovely to chat with soon!

If I had to give one bit of advice, I’d say add a few pics as that will help people get a better feel of you.
