For many, the jiggly fat accumulation at the bottom of the belly is something we are proud of and once it has started drooping into a thicker and lower belly apron we want more! At what weight did your belly droop start to improve noticeably and what are your goals?

For me, around 350 lbs.
That was the weight at which my visceral belly seemed to reach its peak - it was making breathing quite difficult, and it literally felt like I was constantly manoeuvreing around a heavy medicine ball sitting just beneath my sternum.
Suddenly, I started softening all over. My hips became jiggly, my butt dimpled and wide, my moobs filled up, and my belly began to grow a soft sheet of hanging fat.
I understand that, medically, there ia a trigger where your body realises it can’t jam any more visceral fat into your abdominal cavity, and starts to fill up subcutaneous deposits.
I’m regainin at the moment. I’ve reached 330 lbs, and I’m already at the jam-packed visceral stage, and in the last few days I’ve noticed a bit of subcutaneous fat swelling.
I’d love to grow my belly down to my knees.
