Outgrowing stores

My poor self is on that 2XL-4XL line depending on where I'm shopping and so many places I used to go, I'm outgrowing! I'm now roughly 310lbs and cannot find above 2XL in most places. I'm buying big comfy futureproofed 4XL sweats though, and shopping some at DXL, but it's expensive af!

I shop mostly online these days for the most part they have the sizes I need, i use kingsize.com I generally avoid Amazon if it’s not from a brand because sizing can be hit or miss

BHMBigBelly:
Online is great but sizing between stores can vary wildly. I have a store a short drive from me. It’s more expensive but it’s nice being able to browse.

I feel like dxl is very dressy if you’re looking for something a bit more “with it” dxl is the bhm equivalent to Lane Bryant

I have found that clothing stores that carry the XLB sizing for men are the best fit for my big belly shape. Here is more info on the XB sizing.

In clothing, XLB stands for Extra-Large Big, referring to a size with extra width for a larger frame but a standard length. XLT, on the other hand, stands for Extra-Large Tall, indicating a size with extra length for a taller person.
The key difference between XLB and XLT is in their proportions.
XLB (Extra-Large Big)
Target build: Men with a larger and fuller body, such as a broader chest, thicker torso, and larger waist, but who are of average height.
Proportions: The clothing is wider across the chest and midsection than a standard extra-large (XL). The sleeves and body length, however, are cut to a typical extra-large length.
Best for: Individuals who need more room around the chest and stomach but don't need the added length that comes with "tall" sizing.

So, XB clothing is perfect for gainers like me. I have been shopping at Kohl's which carry some XB styles. If you find other XB stores, you should list them in this thread, please.

I've had great success at JC Pennies as well. But be warned that when it comes to pants, the biggest size I found was a 52 in waist. Thankfully, it was the perfect fit for my partner, but they weren't easy to find.

If you dont mind used clothing, going thrift shopping at goodwill is good way of saving a good amount of money. I personally found that each goodwill has a plus size section for men and they'll usually have a hand full of 2XL to 4XL shirts and shorts(4XL is bit harder to find but definitely possible)

Ive found some high quality and barely used 3xl shirts sometimes and finding them is like winning a jackpot.
