Gaining

Diabetic gaining

I have spent a year loosing weight and getting my sugars in remission. I miss being big and having a good appetite. Been going through hunger spells lately and want to start indulging more. Want to keep my sugar withing range. Anyone who has this condition and who is managing it well without meds and gaining, please share your experience. I want to put on 30 pounds by the end of the year to get back up to 300

Cannot promise it will help you fatten up quickly, but a diet with lots of nuts, avocados, low sugar/sugar-free peanut butter, and dairy will help.

Thanks. I am going to start to do a penut butter shake once a day and see how it pans out.

Peanut butter goes so good in so many things.

And for those that are allergic, any nut butter of your choice will do.

I lean toward healthy gaining and stuffing myself, so I understand! I also have to watch my blood sugar closely, which is quite difficult with this fetish. 🤣 Let me introduce you to something you might not have heard about. Allulose. It's a natural sweetener (no calories in this case), but it has a blood sugar lowering effect, especially if eaten 30-45 minutes after eating a higher carb meal. I've tasted on myself several times and works every time! You can buy bags of it to use in anything, but there's also an ice cream that I buy, called Protein Pints. So, blood sugar slightly elevated before a meal, eat a somewhat higher carb meal, then follow up soon with the ice cream, and it's lower than when I started! Check it out sometime.
