Don't do it by eating or drinking alot of sugar. That will lead you to get diabetes which I have and it wasn't fun getting my sugar down to feel better. I wish I had taken the route of eating a bunch of penuts, avacados and dressing drenched salads. Way healthier way and gives you a calorie dense option that is as fattening as sugary drinks and treats. Keep your sugar intake within the daily value range.
