I fantasize about finding a feeder who wants my belly to my knees and beyond, as much as I do. They will research and find ways to make all my gains go to my hanging belly. Keeping me mobile, but with a freakishly low sagging, heavy belly.
That is an incredible challenge that may not be made by food. Certain foods can influence gains but no food is a guarantee to go to a certain area. Unless you find a doctor who would be willing (even without insurance) to do fat transfer to your belly, this could be a solution to have gains directly go to your middle.
Doubt that doctor exists in the States unfortunately but you never know.

I hope you get the shape you desire. It may be a hard road, but over time it should soften and before you know it you'll be having an enormous belly hang.
