Hey all, I've posted a thread before but lowkey got blasted on it. So to summarize that my gf and I have been dating for a few months now and she wants me to be a bit bigger. She says she wants me to be wider and she wants to feel small (she is a bit thicker, not fat by any means though). I am taller but I came into this relationship around I'd say 135-140ish pounds and now I am up to 165. I honestly barely see a difference. Maybe I've widened out a tiny bit and I can see some pudge on my belly but I am not really "chubby" (being that lanky can't really see it). When I first met her she said she'd like if I was bigger, and I was initially confused but after talking for a little bit about it, she's come out and says she wants me to be muscle chub and heavier set, and to widen out. I am about to start hitting the gym again, just been really busy with college classes and all that. What can I do to maximize weight gain to get that muscle chub physique? you'll do great! you'll want to target well over normal calories, though (shoot for 5,000 a day or more if you can manage it).
